Penny first worked for Don Kurtz from 1987-1988 as a legal secretary. She continued to work for other attorneys and then joined Kurtz, Anderson and Associates in 2011. She qualified as a paralegal in 2014 and specializes in the preparation of estate plans and in litigation procedures.
